We are positive you will be happy with your purchase but please read our terms prior to your purchase. If you have any queries, please do no hesitate to get in touch and we will be glad to clarify anything for you.
Although we take care to monitor stock, occasionally, up to 4 weeks may be required for ordering/production if we are out of stock of a particular item. We will notify you within 3 business days, if not sooner, if there will be a delay with an order. Please contact us to check stock and time frames if you require it by a certain date. We are happy to confirm this with you before placing your order.
Although we have taken care to ensure our images are a true indication of our products, colours in our images can vary between monitors or devices when viewed online and may not appear as an accurate depiction. We recommend, where possible, coming to see us in store.
All pricing in store is in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include 15% GST. Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.
We accept payments via eftpos and Q Card in store plus Master Card, Visa and direct debit online.
We will gladly exchange or refund goods within 14 days of purchase, if goods are unused and in original condition and packaging, presented with proof of purchase. Customised goods are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Goods deemed faulty can be exchanged or refunded if presented with proof of purchase.
We aim to have orders processed and shipped within 3 business days. If there will be any delays we will be sure to let you know within this time. We use Fastway couriers within New Zealand and NZ Post internationally, with the option of tracked or international courier. Expected delivery times vary depending on your location.
